摘要
目的考察不同产地狗脊中原儿茶酸和原儿茶醛的含量,为狗脊的质量标准提供一定的依据。方法采用HPLC测定不同产地狗脊中原儿茶酸和原儿茶醛的含量,以phenemonexC18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-1%冰醋酸(5:95);流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:30℃;检验波长:280nm。结果原儿茶酸在0.0124~0.1488μg,原儿茶醛在0.0102~0.1224μg的线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为99.1%,98.4%;RSD分别为1.20%,1.75%。结论不同产地的狗脊中原儿茶酸和原儿茶醛的含量差异较大。
Objective To determine the contents of protocatechuic acid and protocatechualdehyde in different areas of Cibotium barometz., to provide some academic basis for quality criterion of Cibotium barometz. Methods Using the methods of HPLC to determine the content of protocatechuic acid and protocatechualdehyde in different areas of Cibotium barometz. This method was established on a phenemonex C18 column with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitril-l% glacial acetic acid (5 : 95) and the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and the temperature at 30℃, the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 0.0124 - 0. 1488μg of protocatechuic acid; 0.0102 - 0.1224μg of protocatechualdehyde, respectively. And the average recoveries for protocatechuic acid and protocatechualdehyde were 99.1% and 98.4%, respectively; RSD were 1.20%, 1.75%, respectively. Conclusion The contents of protocatechuic acid and protocatechualdehyde are significantly different in different areas of Cibotium barometz.
