摘要
目的探讨γ-干扰素对体外冲击波致输尿管损伤的保护作用。方法将64只实验兔随机分成4组:治疗组A(n=16)、模型组B(n=16)、药物对照组C(n=16)、假手术组D(n=16)。在建模和给药后第14、21、28 d及35 d均各随机处死4只,取输尿管标本进行常规病理检查、评分,并观察输尿管平滑肌收缩力。结果较之模型组及假手术组,治疗组在病理量化评分、平滑肌收缩力方面差异显著(P<0.05)。结论γ-干扰素能够预防及治疗ESWL输尿管损伤及纤维化的形成。
Objective To explore the protective effect of γ-interferon on ureteral injury caused by extracorporeal shock wave.Method 64 rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups:treatment group(n=16),model group(n=16),drug group(n=16),and sham operation group(n=16).4 among each group were selected randomly and sacrificed 14 d,21 d,28 d and 35 d after modeling and administration.Ureteral samples were taken for conventional pathological exam and were scored,and their ureteral smooth muscle contractility were measured.Results There existed difference among the treatment group and model group and sham operation in qualified pathological score and smooth muscle contractility.Conclusion γ-interferon can prevent and treat ESWL induced ureteral injury and fibrosis.
