摘要
目的探讨慢性肺原性心脏病(肺心病)患者血清心肌酶活性的变化,并分析其与动脉血气间的关系。方法以正常人20例为对照,检测20例缓解或、20例急性发作期肺心病患者的血清HB.DH、LDH1、CPK-MB活性,并同时予动脉血气分析。结果肺心病患者血清HBDH、LDH、CPK-MB活性均显著高于正常人,且发作期高于缓解期;肺心病患者血清HBDH、LDHI、CPK-MB活性与PaO2呈负相关而与PaCO2呈正相关。结论肺心病患者存有心肌受损,低氧血症和高碳酸血症越明显心肌受损越严重。
To investigate the change of serum myocardial enzyme in patients withchronic cor pulmonale, and its relationship to artery blood gas. Methods Serum HBDH, LDH, andCPK-MB in 40 cases of chronic cor pulmonale (20 cases in exacerbation and 20 cases in remission)weremeasured, 20 normal cases were studied as control. Patients with chronic cor pulnlonale were also givenartery blood gas analysis. Results The activity of serum HBDH, LDH, and CPK-MB in patients withchronic cor pulmonale were significant1y higher than those of the normal, and the activity of theseserum enzyme in patients of exacerbation were significantly higher than that of patients in remission.Activity of these serum enzyme to PaO2, showed negative correlation, and to PaCO2 positive correlation.Conclusion These results suggest that the patients with chronic cor pu1monale suffer from myocardialdanlage, and the more hypoxemia or hypercapnia, the more myocardial damage.
