摘要
认为煤炭产能在"十二五"期间具有过剩的隐忧。从煤炭企业生命周期、煤炭产业波动性的角度分析了转型的必要性。提出了煤电联营、延伸产业链、融入区域经济、利用矿区闲置土地、投资介入新的替代产业等转型途径。
The author of this paper proposes that there is hidden risk of coal production over capacity during the period of Twelfth Five-Year Plan.It analyzes the necessity of transformation from the aspects of the life cycle of coal companies and the volatility of coal industry,and provides some transformation approaches,including joint management of coal and electric power,extending the industry chain,taking part in the regional economy,making use of spare land in mining areas,investment to new substituted industry,etc.
