To achieve effective transfer of coal enterprises library knowledge,the research and construction on the safeguard mechanism of knowledge transfer needed to be strengthened.The safeguard mechanism of library knowledge transfer may be divided into four sub-systems： management system,information resources system,service system and security system.The safeguard mechanism of library knowledge transfer should be constructed according to this situation.
