摘要
针对矿用刮板输送机对软启动的基本要求,分析了当前国内外3.3 kV供电的刮板输送机使用液力、液粘软启动器和电气传动软启动器的基本工作原理、软启动功能和使用维护情况。认为电气传动软启动器是3.3 kV供电的刮板输送机启动技术的发展方向。
Aiming at the requirements for the soft-starting on the mine scraper conveyor,the main working principles of hydraulic,viscous and electrical soft starters on the present 3.3 kV power-supplied scraper conveyors at home and abroad were analyzed,as well as soft-starting functions and their maintenance situation.The results showed that the electrical transmission soft starter is the development trend to solve the starting technology of 3.3 kV power-supplied scraper conveyors.
