合肥地区鸡沙门菌带菌情况调查及其血清型与基因型分析 被引量:5

Investigation on the carrying rate of Salmonella from nonsymptomatic chickens in Hefei and analysis of their serotype and genotype

摘要 目的了解合肥地区临床健康鸡沙门菌的携带率及其分离菌株的血清型与基因型的分布情况。方法采集父母代鸡和商品肉鸡肛拭样品500份,利用常规法和PCR技术进行沙门菌的分离鉴定,并用凝集试验和ER IC-PCR技术确定分离菌株的血清型与基因型。结果合肥地区临床健康鸡沙门菌的携带率为4.2%(21/500),21株分离菌分属5个血清型,鸡-雏沙门菌14株(66.67%)、纽兰沙门菌3株(14.29%)、明斯特沙门菌2株(9.52%)、茨昂威沙门菌和圣保罗沙门菌各1株(4.76%),分离菌株的基因型聚类分为5个群7个基因型,相同血清型且来源相同的沙门菌基因型一致。结论鸡-雏沙门菌是合肥地区临床健康鸡携带沙门菌的优势血清型,基因型与相同血清型的来源有关。 Objective To understand the carrying rate of Salmonella from nonsymptomatic chickens in clinic and distribution of serotypes and genotypes of Salmonella in Hefei.Method A total of 500 samples of anal swabs from parent breeder chickens and commercial broiler chickens were detected by national standards and polymerase chainreaction(PCR).Meanwhile,its serotype was identified by agglutination test,and the genotype was analyzed by Enterobacterial Repetitive Intergenic Consensus-PCR(ERIC-PCR).Result The detectable rate of Salmonella was 4.2%.The 21 isolated strains of Salmonella were identified as 5 serotypes,including 14 strains of S.gallinarum-pullorum(66.67%),3 strains of S.newlands(14.29%),2 strains of S.muenster(9.52%),1 strain of S.tshiongwe(4.76%) and 1 strain of S.Saintpaul(4.76%);They were classified as 5 clusters and 7 genotypes by ERIC-PCR.The strains with same serotype and source were classified into same genotype.Conclusion S.gallinarum-pullorum is the dominant serotype in the detected chickens in Hefei,and genotype is correlative with serotype to a certain degree.
