摘要
目的 探讨生殖支原体(Mg)与肺部炎性疾病的关系。方法 应用原核生物通用引物PCR直接测序克隆Mg16SrRNA基因片段序列,自行建立Mg 套式PCR扩增法,检测健康儿童和肺部炎性疾病患儿咽拭子标本中的Mg- DNA。结果 健康儿童Mg 阳性率为5% ,儿童肺炎、儿童支气管炎、新生儿肺炎者阳性率分别为21.6% 、28.6% 、20% (P均< 0.01)。结论 Mg
Aim\ To explore the relationship between mycoplasma genitalium(Mg) and pulmonary inflammation disease.Method\ The fregment of Mg-16SrRNA gene was cloned and an nested polymerase chain reaction(Nested-PCR)was established.Result\ The positive rate of Mg-DNA Nested-PCR from throat swab was 5%,21 6%,28 6%,20% in health,pneumonic,bronchitic children and pneumonic newborn infants.Mg-DNA detective rate was significantly higher in case group than the control group(all P<0 01).Conclusion\ There may be a strong association between Mg and pulmonary inflammaton disease.
