The connection in the prosecutorial with the conciliation is a new noun basing on the prosecutorial functions and judicial practice of resolving social contradictions. It is the innovation and development of Feng Qiao experience in the prosecutorial enforcement link. The connection in the prosecutorial with the conciliation and Feng Qiao experience have close relation of inheritance both in theory and practice.
