苦参合剂对隐孢子虫感染大鼠细胞免疫功能的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的 探讨苦参合剂对隐孢子虫(CPS)感染大鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 建立大鼠CPS感染模型,实验第1~17 天给动物口饲苦参合剂。结果 3m l/(kg·d)苦参合剂组的CD3+ 和CD4+ 细胞百分率以及白细胞总数与淋巴细胞计数均明显高于非治疗组(P< 0.01)且与健康对照组无差异(P> 0.05),15m l/(kg·d)苦参合剂组无上述效果。非治疗组的CD3+和CD4+ 百分率和白细胞数及淋巴细胞数均明显低于单纯地塞米松组(P< 0.01)。结论 3m l/(kg·d)苦参合剂能增强大鼠的细胞免疫功能,而15m l/(kg·d)苦参合剂无上述作用; Aim\ To study the effect of the mixture of radix sophorae flavescentis(RSF) on cellular immunity of rats infected by Cryptosporidiun parvum(CPS).Method\ The model of cryptosporidial infection in young rats was established.Rats were administered RSF mixture on days 1-17.Results\ The group of rats that received RSF mixture 3ml·kg -1 ·d -1 (Group 1) increased percentages of CD3 + and CD4 + cells and increased numbers of WBC and lymphocytes,as compared with those of nontreatment(Group 3)(P<0 01).Their immunologic indices in Group 1 approximated those of the normal healthy controls(Group 5)(P>0 05).The changes seen in Group 1 were not achieved in Group of rats that received RSF mixture 15ml·kg -1 ·d -1 (Group 2).The percentages of CD3 + and CD4 + and the numbers of WBC and lymphocytes were significantly lower in Group 3 than in the group of rats that received dexamethasone only(P<0 01).Conclusions\ The RSF mixture 3ml·kg -1 ·d -1 ,but not that of 15ml·kg -1 ·d -1 ,can increase the host's cellular immunity.CPS infection is likely to lower one's immune function.
