Problems and Policy Recommendations for Speeding up Hydropower Development at Present in China

在全球气候变暖、节能减排与化石能源资源日趋紧张的形势下,积极发展水电是我国能源战略的必然选择。"十二五"期间,水电建设迎来了发展新机遇,水电行业将步入历史上最快的发展时期。但当前加快水电建设任重道远,从水电开发建设单位角度分析当前制约加快水电建设的问题,探讨相关政策建议。

Under the situations of global warming, energy conservation and a short supply of fossil energy, the positive hydropower development is an inevitable choice in China＇s energy strategy. In the period of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, the hydropower development will meet new opportunity and come into the fastest development period in history. However, accelerating hydropower development at present is still has a long way to go. The problems which will constraint the rapid development of hydropower are analyzed from the perspective of hydropower development enterprise, and the relevant policy recommendations are proposed.
