三峡地下电站引水隧洞双曲面钢模台车变形研究

摘要 三峡地下电站引水隧洞上弯段属高速高压水流区,对衬砌混凝土质量要求高,空间结构特殊,施工难度大,因此提出采用新型隧洞双曲钢模台车进行衬砌施工的方案。根据台车的浇筑顺序,采用现场测量与有限元仿真相结合的方法对台车的变形进行研究,了解其变形量,变形发展趋势和规律,保障施工质量和安全,为同类型钢模台车设计提供一线数据。 Because the flow in the upper bend section of diversion tunnel for Three Gorges Underground Power Station is fast, the requirements on lining concrete quality are strict, at the same time, the construction of the section is difficult as its special spatial structure. A kind of new hyperbolic steel trolley is used in the lining construction. For understanding the deformation of trolley and keeping the construction quality, the deformation is studied by combining the field measurement and finite element simulation according to the pouring sequence. The study can provide reference data to the design of similar steel trolley.
