浅谈水电部队基层项目部如何提高安全管理水平

Construction Safety Management Study of Project Department in Hydropower Troops

安全管理是一门科学,是一项专业性、政策性、群众性、综合性非常强的工作。近年来,武警水电部队在施工安全管理上仍采用传统的安全管理模式,与现代化科学管理方法相比存在不足。因此,进一步提高武警水电部队基层项目部安全生产的管理水平,是水电部队多年来不断探索的重点与难点问题。

At present, the construction safety management of Chinese People＇s Armed Police Hydropower Troops is still adopting the traditional management mode, and has deficiencies comparing with modern scientific management system. Improving the safety management of project departments is an important issue for Hydropower Troops over the past years. Some measures are proposed herein for improving the safety management of project departments in Hydropower Troops.
