摘要
企业多元化战略的动机研究是当前多元化战略领域的关注点,西方学者倾向于从资源基础理论的角度出发去解释企业的多元化扩张行为。但是在中国特殊的制度背景下,企业家作为战略决策的制定者,其拥有的社会资本已成为影响企业资源的关键要素,将企业家社会资本纳入基于资源基础理论的多元化战略分析框架已成为现实的需要。经过理论和实证分析,可以看出企业家商业网络资源、支持网络资源和资源动员能力对企业实施相关多元化战略有促进作用,同时企业家商业网络资源和支持网络资源也利于企业实施无关多元化战略。因此,在企业多元化战略管理中,中国企业家应该学会从战略的角度审视商业关系资源,妥善处理好与政府的关系,同时不断加强自身的关系认知,正确认识关系网络能力。
Currently, incentive for diversification has been the focus in the area of diversification strategy management. Western researchers tend to explain diversification behavior of enterprises in terms of Resource-Based theory. However, with a defective institutional background, Chinese entrepreneurs' social capital turns out to be a decisive factor influencing organizational resource since they are the decision makers. Therefore, it is necessary to add entrepreneurs' social capital into the analytical model of diversification strategy based on RBV. Combined with theoretical study, empirical study results reveal that entrepreneur's business network resource, supporting network resource and resource mobilization ability have positive impact on related diversification. Meanwhile, supporting network resource and resource mobilization ability also positively related to unrelated diversification. Therefore, in the practice of diversification strategy management, Chinese entrepreneurs should learn to emphasize strategically business network resource, keep superior relationship with government, and enhance own understanding of social capital.
