法洛四联症根治术后并发症的影响因素分析

Anaysis of factors influencing complications after radical operation of tetralogy of Fallot

目的探讨法洛四联症（TOF）根治术后导致并发症的主要影响因素及降低并发症发生率的方法。方法对我院2009年1月~2011年1月收治的79例TOF患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 13例患者出现术后并发症,其中低心排血量综合征6例（7.59%）,为术后最主要的并发症,且死亡率也较高,全组6例低心排共导致死亡2例。其他并发症如心包填塞1例（1.27%）、灌注肺2例（2.53%）及严重心律失常1例（1.27%）。结论术前充分准备,严格掌握手术适应证;术中选择合理的术式及术后尽早发现并发症和正确处理,可有效降低TOF患者术后并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the main factors that lead to complications after radical mastectomy of tetralogy of Fallot（TOF）and methods of reducing the complication rate.Methods 79 cases of TOF treated in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Postoperative complications occurred in 13 patients,including low cardiac output syndrome in 6 cases（7.59%）as the most common complication after surgery,and the mortality was also high（2/6）.Other complications included cardiac tamponade in 1 case（1.27%）,perfusion lung in 2 cases（2.53%）and serious arrhythmia in 1 case（1.27%）.Conclusion Full preparation before surgery,strict control of surgical indications,right choice of surgery,early monitoring and proper treatment of postoperative complications,can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with TOF.
