船用螺旋桨砂带磨削表面质量的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过正交试验研究了磨削参数对船用螺旋桨叶片表面粗糙度的影响。讨论了砂带粒度、砂带线速度、接触轮硬度、磨削深度和磨削进给速度对表面粗糙度的影响规律。分析了砂带粒度和磨削深度对磨削后残余应力的影响。研究结果表明:砂带粒度对表面粗糙度的影响最大,在合适的磨削参数下可获得最佳表面粗糙度;砂带弹性磨削的特点使螺旋桨表面形成残余压应力;砂带粒度越小,残余压应力越小;随着磨削深度的增加,残余压应力不断增大。 The effects of grinding parameters on surface roughness of marine propeller blade were studied by using orthogonal test.The influences of abrasive grain size,belt speed,contact roller's hardness,grinding depth and grinding feeding speed on surface roughness were discussed.The effects of abrasive grain size and grinding depth on residual stress were analyzed.The results show that the main effect factor on surface roughness is abrasive grain size.The optimum surface roughness can be obtained with the appropriate grinding parameters.The residual compressive stress can be formed because of the characteristics of belt elastic grinding.The residual compressive stress decreases with the abrasive grain size and increases with grinding depth.
