麻花钻刃口强化设计的数值模拟及试验研究 被引量:9

摘要 对平面后角型麻花钻进行了三维建模,并对主切削刃刃口进行了强化设计(钝圆或负倒棱),得到了给定刃磨参数下麻花钻的计算机仿真模型。在此基础上,运用金属成形有限元软件DEFORM3D对硬质合金麻花钻钻削过程的轴向力和扭矩进行了研究,研究结果显示,刃口负倒棱设计方法在减小刀具钻削力及扭矩方面优于刃口钝圆设计方法。最后进行了钻削验证试验,对合理负倒棱参数的选取进行了探讨。 Three dimensional modeling was conducted for twist drills with plane clearance face herein.The main cutting edges were designed with rounding or negative chamfering for strengthening purpose,and a computer simulation model with given grinding parameters was obtained.Emulation study of the thrust force and torque generated by the drill was performed by using FEM analysis software DEFORM 3D results show that the negative chamfering method is superior to the rounding method in reducing the thrust force and torque,and tests were carried out.The study is benefit to the reasonable selection of negative chamfer parameters.
