Effect of BHRF1 antisense oligonucleotide on the vitality of BHRF1 CNE2 cells

目的：探讨ＢＨＲＦ１ 反义寡核苷酸对表达ＢＨＲＦ１ 的鼻咽癌细胞株ＣＮＥ２ 生存能力的影响。方法：检测反义阻断ＢＨＲＦ１ 表达后ＢＨＲＦ１－ＣＮＥ２细胞在喜树碱作用下增殖能力和凋亡指数的变化。结果：在喜树碱作用下，应用ＢＨＲＦ１ 反义寡核苷酸组的癌细胞较对照组的增殖率下降，凋亡率增高。结论：反义阻断ＢＨＲＦ１的表达可降低ＣＮＥ２细胞的生存能力。

Objective: To investigate the effect of BHRF1 antisense oligonucleotide on apoptotic resistance of the BHRF1 expressing cell line of nasopharyngeal carcimona, CNE2. Methods: After incubated with BHRF1 antisense oligonucleotide, BHRF1 CNE2 cells were treated with camptothecin, and tested for the alterations of proliferative ability and apoptotic index. Results: After the treatment of camptothecin, in antisense group, proliferative rates of CNE2 dropped and apoptotic rates increased. Conclusion: Antisense inhibition of BHRF1 expression can reduce apoptotic resistance of CNE 2 cells, which may be valuable for the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
