摘要 目的研究苦参碱体外抗真菌活性。方法采用培养基药物浓度稀释法测定苦参碱对13株皮肤癣菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)及最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果苦参碱对武汉羊毛状小孢子菌、武汉白色念珠菌38253的抑制能力最好,MIC为0.78μg/mL;对上海株絮状表皮癣菌、石膏样小孢子菌、大脑状毛癣菌,武汉株猴毛癣菌、白色念珠菌32035的抑制能力次之,MIC为3.125。6.25μg/mL;对上海株羊毛状小孢子菌和武汉株近平滑念珠菌的MIC分别为12.5μg/mL和25μg/mL;而对上海株红色毛癣菌、武汉株断发毛癣菌、武汉株红色毛癣菌、武汉株紫色毛癣菌的MIC大于50μg/mL。苦参碱对13株皮肤癣菌的MBC与MIC相同。结论苦参碱有较强的抗真菌活性,能抑制和杀灭羊毛状小孢子菌、白色念珠菌等多种真菌。 Objective To test the antifungal activity of matrine in vitro. Methods The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) of matrine against 13 strains of dermatophytes were determined by culture media dilution method. Results MIC and MBC ranged from 0.78μL/mL to 50μL/mL. lanosum( Wuhan strain) and Candida gainst the Epidermophyton floccosum like Trichophyton (Shanghai strain), There were 9 strains were susceptible to matrine, and their Matrine showed strong antifungal effect against Microsporum albicans 38253 ( Wuhan strain) (Shanghai strain) , Piaster-like Pinoyella simii ( Wuhan strain), the MIC being 0.78μg/mL. MIC of matrine a Microsporum canis (Shanghai strain) , brain- Candida albicans 32035 (Wuhan strain) was in the range of 3.125μg/mL to 6.25μg/mL. MIC of matrine against Microsporum canis(Shanghai strain) was 12.5μg/mL and MIC against Candida parapsilosis (Wuhan strain) was 25μg/mL. But MIC of matrine against Trichophyton rubrum (Shanghai strain), Trichophyton tousurans( Wuhan strain), Trichophyton rubrum ( Wuhan strain) and Trichophyton violaceum( Wuhan strain) was over 50 μg/mL. MBC value of matrine against the 13 strains of dermatophytes were similar to the MIC. Conclusion Matrine shows strong antifungal lanosum and Candida albicans. effect in vitro on multiple fungi such as Microsporum
