普南扑灵滴眼剂在白内障超声乳化手术炎症控制中的临床研究

Clinical Study of Pranopulin Eye Drops in Controlling Inflammation after Cataract Phacoemulsification

目的:评估普南扑灵滴眼剂在减轻白内障术后炎症反应中的疗效和其副作用,及预防黄斑囊样水肿的临床价值。方法:采用随机对照的方法,从将术中无并发症的680眼分为两组,每组340眼。试验组:普南普灵滴眼液术前3 d,术后4 w;对照组:典必殊滴眼液术前使用3 d术后使用4 wk。在术后不同时间观察随访患者的症状、体征,并测量眼压,散瞳检查眼底以及应用光学相干断层扫描仪分析(optical coherence tomography,OCT)。结果:各组综合得分在术后同一时间内差别没有统计学意义。结论:无并发症的白内障超声乳化吸除术后应用非甾体类抗炎药滴眼液比应用激素滴眼液抗炎对白内障后黄斑囊样水肿有显著的预防作用。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of 0.1% pranpulin eye drops in relieving a reaction to cataract surgery and the side effects of the drug and to compare the occurrence of cystoids macular edema after use the drug.Methods：A prospective,randomized,controlled study including 680 patients,enrolled for cataract surgery.After uneventful phacoemulsification and IOL implantation,the patients were randomized to topical treatment w ith Pranoprofen（trial group,340eyes） or Tobramycin and Dexamethasone（control group,340eyes）.The sign,symptom,intraocular pressure（IOP） and optical coherence tomography（OCT） were determined.Results：There was no significant diference among the total scores of all groups in same time postop.Conclusions：After uneventful phacoemulsification and IOL implantation,using Pranoprofen has excellent effect and is better than using Dexamethasone with Pranoprofen on prophylaxis of CM E.
