双极电凝在扁桃体摘除手术中的应用

Research of the Application of Bipolar Coagulation in Tonsil Extirpation Surgery

目的:观察双极电凝在扁桃体手术中的应用的效果。方法:对205例慢性扁桃体炎患者,施以扁桃体摘除手术,术中以双极电凝止血者,定为一组;对131例慢性扁桃体炎患者,施以扁桃体摘除手术,术中以传统的压迫止血或缝扎止血者定为二组,术后随访3个月以上。结果:双极电凝在扁桃体手术中的应用具有良好的疗效,两组患者术式相同,只是止血方式不同,而且一组患者的术后合并症明显减少。结论:双极电凝止血用于扁桃体摘除手术中,创伤小、术野清晰、动做准确、术后合并症少,值得应用推广。

Objective：To evaluate the long-term clinical effect of the application of bipolar coagulation in tonsil extirpation surgery.Methods：All the 318 tonsillitis patients were divided into two groups.The patients in Group A（205 cases） were treated by tonsil extirpation and bipolar coagulation was applied during the surgery.Those in group B were operated by an conventional surgery.Hemostasis was completed by pressure and/or ligation.The surgery effects were researched at 3 month after surgery.Results：A better therapy effect was observed with the application of bipolar coagulation during the surgery.Although the same technique was used in the surgery,the hemotasis was different.There was less surgical complication for group A compared with group B.Conclusions：With the use of bipolar coagulation approach,the surgical damage is less,complication rates are decreased,and surgical reconstruction is less time consuming,and the extirpation is more complete due to improved visualization.More and more patients would like to accept the surgery.
