宫腔镜手术治疗宫腔粘连的疗效观察及护理

Effect Observation and Nursing on Hysteroscopy Operation in the Treatment of Patients with Intrauterine Adhesion

目的:探讨宫腔镜手术治疗宫腔粘连(IUA)的临床效果及相应的护理措施。方法:对56例IUA患者采用宫腔镜手术治疗,在术前、术中、术后给予相应的护理措施。结果:56例患者中,治愈43例(占76.7%),改善9例(16.0%),无效4例(7.1%)。术后12个月随访,受孕27例(48.2%)。未见明显术后并发症。结论:宫腔镜手术辅以一系列的护理干预措施治疗IUA安全有效。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of hysteroscopy operation for intrauterine adhesion（IUA） and its nursing intervention measures.Methods：Fifty-six patients with IUA were treated with hysteroscopy operation,at the same time,a series of nursing intervention measures were given preoperative,among operation and postoperative.Results：Of 56 cases,43 cases were cured（occupied 76.7%）,9 cases improved（16.0%）,4 cases non-effectiveness（7.1%）.After a year′s follow-up post-operation,27 cases（48.2%） were pregnant.There were no postoperative complications occurred.Conclusions：Hysteroscopy operation combined with nursing intervention measures is effective and safe for IUA.
