护理本科生临床实习需求调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Demands of Clinical Practice Among Undergraduate Nursing Students

目的:了解护理本科生的临床实习需求,提高实习质量,完善护理教学。方法:采用问卷调查法对2010-10～2011-04哈尔滨某医科大学护理系2006级100名参加临床实习的本科生进行调查。结果:护理本科生在临床实习过程中对基础理论、护理技能、护患沟通方面的需求较高,而对护理科研、护理管理方面的需求不足。结论:根据护理本科生的特点,临床实习应注意调动学生实习的积极性,满足实习需求,对需求未满足的部分要加强指导,使学生最终受益。

Objective：To investigate the demands of clinical practice among undergraduate nursing students,in order to improve the quality of clinical practice and perfect the nursing teaching.Methods：From 2010 Oct to 2011 Apr,totally 100 undergraduate nursing students were selected to complete the clinical practice demands questionnaire,who came from Faculty of Nursing,Harbin Medical University（Grade 2006）.Results：The undergraduate nursing students had a higher demand about the knowledge of nursing basic theory,nursing basic skill and nursing communication.They showed insufficient demands to the knowledge of nursing research and nursing management.Conclusions：Considering the features of undergraduate nursing students,the clinical practice should focus on motivating the positivity of the practice and meeting their demands.Moreover,more direction should be given in the fields where they have insufficient demands so that they can obtain sufficient benefit from the clinical practice.
