摘要
针对换热站控制的现状,提出了一种具有无人值守功能的智能系统方案,主要由人机界面、Twido PLC、ATV71变频器、GPRS通讯模块组成;重点阐述了二次供水温度的自动化控制回路与具体实施,循环泵和补水泵的变频控制方案,及通过GPRS网络进行远程监控的数据传输设计;运行证明,程序模块设计合理,算法控制精度高,远程通讯网络可靠稳定;通过在北方某城市换热企业的应用,节省了大量的煤耗电耗等能源,经济效益显著。
To solve the problems of the heat exchange station,an intelligent control system for nobody on duty is proposed,which is composed of HMI,PLC,VSD and GPRS module.This paper presents the automatic secondary temperature control loop,and the design of the VSD control solution for circulating pump and make-up water pump,then the remote data communication via GPRS network.The practice proves that program modular design is reasonable,and the control precision of algorithm is high,communication also has stable reliable performance.The application in a north city heat exchange enterprise reduces energy consumption and waste,and brings great economic benefit.
