摘要
针对超声波气体流量计中采用传统相关算法计算相关函数时,在存储数据、计算过程、运算速度等方面的问题,严重影响了流量计的测量精度和实时性;若要提高相关流量测量的实时性与实用性,必须寻求更快的算法;简要介绍了应用于超声波流量计中的极性相关算法,并且给出了将信号极性化的方法;通过MATLAB仿真证明极性相关算法的可行性;最后通过实验验证极性相关算法可以保证流量计的测量精度,提高系统的实时性;该系统计算相关函数的时间缩短为传统算法的1/20,效果比较明显。
The measuring accuracy and the real-time property for ultrasonic gas flowmeter are seriously affected by data storage,calculation process and operation speed,when the traditional correlation algorithm used in flowmeters.Faster algorithm has been found for improving real-time property and practicality on the system of polarity flow meter.In this paper,Polarity correlation algorithm and the method of polarity were introduced.The feasibility of polarity correlation algorithm will be proved by MATLAB simulation.Finally,the measuring accuracy is guaranteed and the real-time property is improved based on polarity correlation algorithm.These are tested by experiments.The time of polarity correlation algorithm calculates the correlation function be reduced for 1 / 20 than the traditional method.
