正常乳腺与乳腺疾病声像图定量分析研究

Quantitative Study of Ultrasonic Image of Normal Breast and Breast diseases

本文定量分析了50例正常乳腺及210例乳腺疾病的声像图,结果:正常乳腺测值两侧对照无显著性差异。正常乳腺测值与乳腺增生、实性块物、囊肿、纤维腺瘤及乳腺癌比较,均有显著的统计学差异,而且均以正常组测值为大。结果表明,纤维腺瘤与乳腺癌测值比较无显著性差异。乳腺疾病的回声强度都是降低的,但不能根据回声强度改变鉴别乳腺肿块的良恶性。

In this study, the quantitative analysis was performed in 50 normal persons and 210 patients with breast diseases. Results: The left and right quantitative values of normal breast were compared and had no significant difference. We also compared the quantitative values of normal breast with those of breast diseases. The values of normal breast were higher than that of breast hyperplasia、solid mass、cyst、fibroadenoma and breast cancer. The values of fibroadenoma was equal to that of breast cancer.The results suggest that echoes of most breast diseases are lower than that of normal breast,but it is still difficult to differentate the benign and malignant breast masses only by echo intensities.
