摘要
通辽市胜利大桥主桥采用3×81.44 m简支钢管混凝土系杆拱,矢跨比f/L=1/5,下部结构采用承台加群桩基础的结构形式。拱肋采用竖直哑铃形双片下承式拱肋,为保证系杆拱的空间稳定性,在2片拱肋之间共设置3道风撑。每孔拱桥设17对吊杆,吊杆由85根7镀锌高强钢丝组成,为双护层大扭矩厂制成品索。系梁设在非机动车道和人行道之间,横断面为箱形断面。每孔拱桥共设17道中横梁和2道端横梁,中横梁为预应力混凝土T形梁,端横梁为现浇混凝土单箱双室箱梁。桥面系由预应力钢筋混凝土横梁、钢筋混凝土加劲纵梁和槽形板组成。全桥静力及稳定性分析表明,设计满足规范要求。大桥采用先梁后拱施工方案,建成后运营情况良好。
A 3× 81.44 m simply-supported concrete-filled steel tube tied arch is designed for the main bridge of Shengli Bridge in Tongliao City, and the rise-to-span ratio of the arch is f/L= 1/5. The substructure incorporates a structural form of group piles plus pile caps. The arch ribs are two deck arch ribs of vertical dumbbell shape. To ensure the spatial stability of the tied arch, three wind bracings are arranged between the two arch ribs. 17 pairs of suspenders are installed for each span of the arch bridge, a suspender is composed of 85 galvanized high strength steel wires each of 7 mm in diameter, and the suspenders are large torque finished cables with double protective layers produced in factory. The tied beams are set between the bicycle and footway lanes and the cross section of the beams is the box section. Each span of the arch bridge has 17 middle cross beams and two end cross beams, of which the middle cross beams are prestressed concrete (PC) T-beams while the end cross beams are cast-in-situ two cell single box concrete beams. The floor system is formed of PC cross beams, reinforced concrete longitudinal stiffening beams and trough slabs. The static and stability analyses of the overall bridge indicate that the design meets the code requirements. The construction scheme of "erecting beam first and arch late" is adopted for the bridge, and the operation condition of the bridge is so far so good after completion of the construction.
