超声诊断紫绀型先心病的十三年回顾

Thirteen - Year Appraisal at Echocardiography in the Diagnosis of Cyanosis Congenital Heart Disease

本文总结我院13年来,应用超声与手术对照的方法诊断紫绀型先天性心脏病196例,包括法乐氏四联症116例、法乐氏三联症27例、三尖瓣下移畸形18例、完全性肺静脉异位引流13例、矫正型大动脉转位7例及右室双出口15例。超声诊断敏感性分别为97.4%、96.3%、94.4%、84.6%、100%及60%。

The works of echocardiography in diagnosis of cyanosis congenital heart diseases during thirteen years were summarized as following: they were 116 tetralogy of fallot (TOF)、27 trilogy of fallot、 18 Ebstein' s anomaly 、 13 total anomalous pulmonary venous connection (TAPVC)、 7corrected transposition of great arteries (C - TGA) 、5 double- outlet right ventricle (DORY) .The diagnostic sensitivity of echocardiography were 97.4% 、96.3% 、94.4% 、84.6% 、100% and 60% .respectively.
