彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺疾病诊断及鉴别诊断中的应用

The Value of Ultrasonography and Color Doppler Flow Imaging in the Diagnosis and Diffferential Diagnosis of Thyroid Diseases

报告78例经手术病理证实的甲状腺疾病的高频声像图及彩色多普勒检查结果,其中甲状腺腺瘤35例,甲状腺肿21例,甲状腺癌13例,甲状腺炎9例。文中分别描述了上述几种甲状腺疾病的二维图像特征和彩色血流情况,提出了甲状腺腺瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断要点。结果显示:甲状腺腺瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断主要依据高频声像图,而彩色血流丰富程度及频谱参数有较大重叠,只能作为二维影像的补充。

This paper described high frequency ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) manifestations in 78 patients with thyroid diseases, including 35 thyroid adenoma,21goiter, 13 carcinoma of thyroid and 9 thyroiditis. All were proved by operation and pathology , In this article. the characteristics of the ultrasonography and CDFI of these diseases were described and detailed methods of how to diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thyroid adenoma were suggested. Spots that thyroid adenoma was diagnosed and distinguished were indicated. Moreover, CDFI was only a replenishment of two - dimensional ultrasound since there were more overlapping in level of CDFI and in parametes of flow spectrum.
