摘要
人体卵巢上皮癌细胞受不同强度超声辐照,根据剂量—效应曲线求出致细胞急性死亡的超声剂量。观察受此种剂量辐照的癌细胞急性死亡率,增殖曲线和倍增时间。结果发现:超声剂量246W/cm^2×140S和1054W/cm^2×40S为致癌细胞完全死亡的最小剂量。剂量增大细胞碎片增多。提示高强度聚焦超声能一次性灭活肿瘤细胞且能撕裂肿瘤细胞。
High intensity focused ultrasound exposures of different intensifies were applied to epithelial tumor cells of human ovary. The ultrasound doses leading to acute cell death were figured out according to the dose - effect relation curve. Acute mortality rate, multiplication curve, and multiplying time caused by the applied doses were observed. It was found that 246W/cm2 × 140S and 1054W/cm2 × 40S were the minimum doses bringing complete cell destruction.Increase in dose resulted in more cell debris.The results suggest that high intensity focused ultrasound was capable of destroying and fracturing living tumor cells at one time.
