摘要
面对免费开放政策带来的服务观念、服务需求、服务规则及设施等方面的挑战,公共图书馆应该主动应对、化挑战为机遇,创新公共服务方式,完善规章制度,整合业务流程,调配服务资源,拓展服务领域,提升职业素养,提高公共服务能力。
Nowadays, under the free-opening circumstance, more and more public libraries have been involved in this trend. Based on a survey of research and practice of public libraries＇ free-opening services, the paper analyzes various challenges brought by free-opening policies to public libraries from several different angles, including service attitude, requirements, regulations and facilities in libraries. Then the paper gives a conclusion by providing some suggestion and strategies on service innovation in public libraries.
