彩色多普勒血流显像对乳腺肿块的分析

Color Doppler Flow Imaging of the Breast Mass

本文通过对48例乳腺肿块的彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)检查,经手术和病理证实,良性肿块为21例,恶性肿瘤为27例。其结果显示:恶性肿瘤血流信号检出率为92%,良性肿块是33%,恶性肿瘤血流信号检出率明显高于良性肿块(P＜0.05)。良、恶性肿瘤之间的临界流速值为12cm/s。B型超声辅以彩色多普勒血流显像检查可以提高乳腺恶性肿瘤特别是2cm以下小乳癌的诊断率。

Fourty - eight patients with breast mass were studied by color Doppler folw imaging,all casses were demonstrated by operation or pathologic results,21 cases benign and 27 cases malignant. The results indicated that the detection rates of blood flow signal in maligant lesions (92 %) were significantly higher than that (33 %) in benign masses( p < 0.05) .The threshhold velocity between benign and madignant masses was 12cm/sec.conclusion,Two dimensional ultrasonography combined with color Doppler flow imaging can improve the diagnostic rate of breast carcinoma especially those smaller than 2cm in diameter.
