乳腺实质性占位性病变的声像图定量分析

Quantitative Ultrasonographic Analysis of Ultrasonography of the Breast Space Occupying Solid Lesion

目的:探讨乳腺实质性占位性病变声像图定量分析的诊断价值。方法:Siemens Q-2000型超声仪与DFY-1型超声图像定量仪连机。观察组,59例乳腺实质性占位性病变,其中乳腺癌13例、乳腺纤维腺瘤34例、乳腺增生结节6例、乳腺管内乳头状瘤3例、炎性肉芽肿2例及乳腺化脓性炎症结节1例。正常对照组50例,分别测定灰阶值及分贝值。结果:正常乳腺的灰阶值和分贝值与各种实质性占位性病变的灰阶值和分贝值比较,具有极显著性差异。结论:声像图定量分析对乳腺实质性占位性病变的定性诊断价值是肯定的,有助于客观评价病变回声强度及其均质性,但对各种实质性疾病的病理诊断及良、恶性病变的鉴别诊断价值仍有待于进一步研究。

To evaluate the diagnostic values of the breast space occupying solid lesions by quantitative analysis of ultrasonography.Materials and Methods:The Values of Gr and dB were measured by useing the Q - 2000 type Siemens ultrasonic machine and DFY - 1 type quantitative ultrasonographic machine in 59 cases of breast space occupying solid lesions,including 13 cases breast carcinoma,34 cases breast mammary fibroma,3 cases ductus papilloma,2 cases inflammatory granuloma and one node of purulent inflammation, with 50cases of normal breast as control.Results;The values of Gr and dB were much different between the control group of normal breast and eveny group of the breast space occupying solid lesions (P<0.01) .Conclusion:The quantitative analysiis of ultrasonography could helpful for qualititive dinagnosis of the breast space occupying solid lesions and evaluating the echo intensity and echo consistance of the breast lesion, but the meaning of the value of quantitative analysis in pathologic diagnosis and distinguishing diagnosis of the begnign and malignant solid tumor should be further studied.
