万寿菊叶黄素提取工艺参数优化研究

Study on Optimization of Lutin Extraction Processing Parameter in Tagets erecta L.

以万寿菊为原料,采用单因素和正交试验方法对万寿菊中的叶黄素的提取工艺进行了系统研究,确定了叶黄素提取最佳工艺参数为:原料为万寿菊干花颗粒,提取溶剂为正己烷,料液比1︰4,提取温度40℃,提取2次,提取时间为第1次3 h,第2次2 h。采用此工艺条件叶黄素浸膏得率可达12.7%,较常规提取方法浸膏得率提高2个百分点。

Taking Tagets erecta L as the material,Lutin extraction processing was studied by single factor and orthogonal test.The best processing parameter was determined that the material was dry particles of Tagets erecta L,the solvent was n-Hexane,solid-liquid ratio was 1︰4,extraction temperature was 40 ℃ with 2 times,and the extraction time in the twice were 3 h and 2 h respectively.The dry extract rate was 12.7% which was increase 2 percentage point.
