摘要
葡萄炭疽病是葡萄生产上的重要真菌病害之一,通过研究葡萄果实内固形物含量与葡萄炭疽病发病率关系结果表明:不同发育期葡萄果实内可溶性糖的含量与葡萄炭疽病发病率呈正相关,有机酸和单宁含量与葡萄炭疽病发病率呈负相关。病菌接种方法不同葡萄炭疽病发病率也存在差异,针刺接种比喷雾接种发病率高,且为害严重。
Grape Bitter-rot was one of the most important diseases in grape production.The correlation of soilds content and disease incidence of the grape bitter-rot were studied.The results showed that grape fruit soluble sugar content was positively correlated and organic acid and tannin content was negatively correlated with the disease incidence of the grape bitter-rot in different developmental stages respectively.Different methods of inoculation resulted in differences in the incidence of grape bitter-rot.The incidence of needle inoculation was higher than spray inoculation.
