甲状腺疾病的超声诊断与鉴别

Ultrasonic Diagnosis and Differentiation of Thyroid Diseases

对96例甲状腺疾病的声像图表现与病理结果进行对照分析。结果表明,腺瘤以混合性回声居多;甲状腺癌以不均质低回声表现为主。且常伴有钙化结节、在甲状腺多发性结节中,良恶性病变并存的发生率不低,本组达28.57%(4/14),应引起警惕。结合临床本文还对几种常见的甲状腺疾病的鉴别诊断进行了探讨。

Sonogram and pathologic type of 96 cases of thyroid disease were studied comparatively. The results showed that thyroid adenoma apperared as a mixed echoic node while thyroid carcinoma as a heterogeneous hypoechoic one. It should also be noticed that the incidence of benign and malignant lesions co - existing in poly nodular thyroid was not low, which is 28. 57% (4/14) in this group. Moreever, several common thyroid diseases were differentiated by ultrasonography combined with clinical manifestation in this paper.
