摘要
本文以系统科学的一般理论原则为出发点,依据都江堰工程的历史经验与实测资料,对其渠首工程作了系统分析,揭示其“经久不衰”的科学原因,为从中引出全灌区集中调度的数学模型、制定优化决策模式的基本思路与算法打下基础。文中的第三部分论证了渠首工程本身的数学模型,提出了进一步开拓这一工程的几点建议。全文上、中、下三篇,构成一个统一整体,这里是第三部分。(上)、(中)两篇,分别由《系统工程学报》一九九○年第1期,《系统工程理论与实践》一九九○年第3期同时刊出。
In this paper,a system analysis of the Dujiangyan Headwork engineering
is carried out in respect to the general principles of system sciences and
historical experiences and practical data of the Dujiangyan engineering to
reveal the scientific principle of the implied′immortality′of this historical
project.Hence a sound foundation for the basic ideas and calculations is laid
for the establishment of the mathematical models of the whole watering regions
and the models for the optimal decision.Part Ⅱ of the paper gives out the
argument of the mathematical model of the headwork itself and puts forward
some suggestions for the further improvement of the project.The whole paper
is divided into three parts,here is only Part Ⅲ.Parts Ⅰand Ⅱ are respectively
issued in Journal of System Engineering,No.1,1990 and Theory and Practice
of System Engineering,No.3,1990.
