摘要
目的：测定二维扫描单光子骨密度仪的性能。方法：采用二维扫描，经数据处理系统将通过骨的放射性转换为图像。根据骨图像所显示的骨的形态特征，测定感兴趣区的BMC和BMD。结果：仪器准确度：BMC和BMD测定，偏差不超过1．5％。精密度：干桡尺骨标本BMC和BMD的CV不超过2％，受试人桡尺骨BMC和BMD的CV不超过3％，仪器线性及稳定性良好。结论：本仪器准确度高，精密度好，为测定桡骨超远端的BMC和BMD提供可靠的方法。
Objective: To measure the performance of the two-dimension bone densit-ometer. Methods: BH 6012 ModeBone Densitometer was used to do two-dimension scanning, and radioactivity through the bone was turned intothe image by computer data processing. According to the structure and characteristics of the radius in the image,BMC and BMD in the 'interest'area were present. Results: This instrument is accurate. Its bias is only 1. 5 %. Itis precise. CV of BMC and BMD of the'ultradistal radius of dry samples in a batch or between batches is 2. 0 %,in vivo 3. 0 %. Its linearity and stability are satisfactory. Conclusion: This Densitometer possesses excellent per-formance and provides a good means for the measurement of BMC and BMD of the ultradistal radius.
