摘要
采用电透复位经皮交叉克氏针内固定方法，治疗38例苯萘氏骨折，使手部获得了满意的功能，治愈率达97％。认为此方法克服了苯萘氏骨折复位容易、固定困难的特点。
38 cases of Bennett's fractures were reduced by closed method, identified by X-ray onten fizer and fixed byusing the percutaneous K wires. All the cases gained satisfactory function. The cure rate was 97 %. The authorthinks that the method overcame the difficulty of fixation.
