肺毛霉菌病3例 被引量：2

摘要 例1，患者男，74岁，因“反复咳嗽咳痰伴胸闷气促8年．再发3d”于2009年8月21日收入院。既往高血压病史30余年、房颤8年。查体神志清楚，体温37℃，呼吸25次／min，两肺少许湿罗音．胸部cT提示“慢支样改变伴感染”，诊为“慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作、房颤、高血压病”。入院后胸闷气促加重，氧合指数进行性下降，予气管插管一机械通气；床边纤维支气管镜检查发现气管、左右支气管开口处大量白色斑片状新生物粘附，部分成团，
