摘要
目的：评价产黑色素普氏菌（ATCC25845）DNA探针的准确性。方法：采用产黑色素普氏菌DNA探针直接对26例口腔颌面部的脓液标本杂交，放射自显影照片确定杂交率，并与传统方法加以对照。结果：深外法与传统法的结果一致。结论：产黑色素普氏菌可用于临床脓液标本的直接检测。
Objective:To evaluate the accuracy of DNA probe for P. melanogenicus. Methods: P. nIelanogenicus in26 clinical specirnens from oral maxillofacial infection was detected with identified probe. The probe hybridized insitu with bacteria. Hybridization rate was determined by the signal on the radiographic film. The conventionalmethod had contro1 groups. Results: The outcome of DNA probe hybridization was in concordance with that ofthe conventional method. Conclusions: The DNA probe for P. nlelanogenicus can be used to detect P. nlelano-genicus directly in clinical specinlens.
