摘要 目的了解2009年度西南地区医院临床分离细菌的构成和对常用抗菌药物的耐药特征。方法西南地区9家医院临床分离菌株,按统一方案进行抗菌药物敏感试验,依据2009年CLSI标准,用WHONET5.5软件进行数据分析。结果 9家医院共分离菌种8036株,其中革兰阴性菌5473株,占68.1%;革兰阳性菌2563株,占31.9%。葡萄球菌中,MRSA检出率为85.4%。屎肠球菌对万古霉素耐药率为0.8%。肠杆菌科细菌均对亚胺培南高度敏感;大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌产ESBLs株分别占50.9%和35.5%。铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌对亚胺培南的耐药率分别为42.1%和29.0%。嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌对米诺环素全部敏感。结论细菌耐药性仍呈增长趋势,尤其是非发酵菌中的铜绿假单胞菌和鲍曼不动杆菌。 Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of clinical isolates in 2009 in southwest China.Methods The susceptibility testing of clinical isolates from 9 hospitals of southwest China were performed according to the standard method.Results were analyzed by WHONET 5.5 according to CLSI 2009.Results Of 8036 clinical isolates,68.1% was Gram-negative bacilli and 31.9% was Gram-positive cocci.Eighty-five point four percent of Staphylococcus aureus was MRSA.The resistance rate of Enterococcus faecalis to vancomycin was 0.8%.Enterobacteriaceae were highly sensitive to imipenem.ESBLs were produced in 50.9% of E.coli and 35.5% of K.pneumonia isolates respectively.The resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii to imipenem were 42.1% and 29.0% respectively.Stenotrophomonas maltophilia was highly sensitive to minocycline.Conclusion Antimicrobial resistance of clinical bacterial isolates in 2009 was still increasing in southwest China,especially Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii of non-fermentative bacteria.
