摘要
本文提出了采用状态转移方程作为四川省专门人才拥有量预测的数学模型。该模型意义明确、实用而且直观。采用这一数学模型即可预测包括5个学历层、21个年龄区间、按83个专业类划分的四川省专门人才在目标年度2000年的拥有量,并可以得到有关的专门人才学历层次结构和年龄梯度结构。
In this paper we present a state transference equation as the forecasting
mathematical model of possession quantity of people with professional skill in
Sichuan province.This model has the following feature,meaning clarity,
practicality and audio-visual.Using this mathematical model,We can easily
forecast the possession quantity of people with professional skill in 2000 in Sichuan
province,the results include five layers of formal schooling record;21 age regions
and 83 speciality classifications.At the same time we can also get the structure
of layers of formal schooling record and age of people with professional skill.
