新时期花溪“城郊村”村民自治实证研究

花溪是贵州高原风景秀丽的地方。随着新农村和城市化的发展，花溪的乡村民主迅速推进。本论文以政治学的视角通过系统分析洛平、营上村“村民自治”的价值，村民自治的新动力以及2007年村干部民主选举、2010年以前村务公开四大方面的内容。这些分析构成一个完整体系，展示了新时期花溪城郊结合部的村民自治的特点。

HuaXi is a very beautiful place in GuiZhou province.With the new rural and urban development,its rural democracy has processed rapidly.By political science,the paper first system analyzes the value and new impetus of Self-governance among villagers.Then the paper continue analyzes two village cadre elections in 2007 and manage-projects opening of village before 2010.All above these can show us the characters of Self-governance among villagers of Hua-xi in new period.
