摘要
以2-乙酰基吡啶和二茂铁甲醛或对卤素苯甲醛为原料,在室温下的THF中制得5—4-二茂铁、对卤素苯)-1,5-二(2-吡啶基)-1,5-戊二酮,后者在甲醇溶液中与醋酸铵反应即可得标题化合物,总产率86%.与文献相比,反应条件较为温和,步骤简单,纯度较高可直接用于下一步合成。此外还对荧光进行了表征,对比可知,在三联吡啶体系中,二茂铁基有淬灭荧光的作用。
4-Aryl-2,2' :6' ,2 -Terpyridine was prepared by reaction of 2-acetylpyridine with 4-arylaldehyde at lower temperature using THF as the solvent, followed by reacting with ammonium acetate for 5h in the presence of methanol and the final product 4-aryl-2,2' :6' ,2″-terpyridine was obtained with yield of 85%. The above reaction conditions were mild and the steps were simple. It is important that because of its higher purity, it could be used for the next step synthesis.
