化脓性肉芽肿3种治疗方法比较

Comparative Study of Three Therapeutic Methods for Pyogenic Granuloma

目的:评价高频电刀、二氧化碳激光治疗及液氮冷冻治疗化脓性肉芽肿的疗效。方法:分析2006年1月—2011年1月107例门诊就诊的化脓性肉芽肿患者临床资料,分别采用高频电刀(A组)、二氧化碳激光(B组)及液氮冷冻(C组)治疗并随访6个月的疗效。结果:1次治愈率A组高于B组及C组,有显著差异,(P<0.05),总治愈率A组高于B组(P<0.05),即高频电刀治疗化脓性肉芽肿1次治愈率高于二氧化碳激光及冷冻,而二氧化碳激光与液氮冷冻1次治愈率相似,高频电刀的总治愈率高于二氧化碳激光,冷冻治疗的总治愈率与高频电刀无显著差异,只是治疗次数可能多一些。结论:高频电刀治疗化脓性肉芽肿1次治愈率最高,术中出血较少,冷冻治疗不出血,但是1次治愈率偏低,二氧化碳激光治疗术中容易出血,复发率也较高。

Objective：To evaluate the the clinical effect of high-frequency electric knife,carbon dioxide laser and liquid nitrogen cryotherapy on pyogenic granuloma.Methods：The clinical data of 107 patients with pyogenic granuloma treated with high frequency electric knife（group A）,carbon dioxide laser（group B） or frozen in liquid nitrogen（group C）from January 2006 to January 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Results：One time cure rate of group A is higher than that of B group and C group,There was a significant difference in group A and group B,A group and C group（P0.05）.Total cure rate of group A is higher than that of group B,There was significant difference in them（P0.05）.Conclusions：The clinical effect of high-frequency electric knife is better than carbon dioxide laser and liquid nitrogen cryotherapy on pyogenic granuloma.
