摘要 原发性免疫缺陷病（primary immunodeficiency disease，PID）是由遗传因素或先天性免疫系统发育不良造成免疫功能障碍引起的疾病。患者表现为免疫细胞发育、分化、增生、调节和代谢异常，并导致机体免疫功能降低或缺陷。目前，随着分子遗传学和免疫学的进步，越来越多人类PID被发现和鉴定，迄今为止已发现160多种PID，
