室温水相合成CdTe/CdS核/壳结构量子点 被引量:7

Room Temperature Synthesis of CdTe/CdS Core/Shell Quantum Dots in Aqueous Solution

摘要 开发了一种以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为分散剂和稳定剂经条件温和的室温水相合成光谱可调的水溶性CdTe/CdS核/壳结构量子点的方法:向新鲜制备的CdTe量子点溶液中加入硫源,继续反应即可生成CdS壳层,通过控制硫源的浓度即可控制CdS壳层厚度,从而调节光谱性质和增强稳定性。采用XRD、TEM、HRTEM、荧光光谱以及紫外-可见光谱对所合成的CdTe/CdS核/壳结构量子点的结构、形貌以及光谱性质进行表征。 A facile procedure for preparing spectrum-tunable and water-soluble CdTe/CdS core/shell Quantum Dots(QDs) with good stability at room temperature was developed.Polyvinylpyrrolidone was used as dispersant and stabilizer in the synthesis.The emission colors of the prepared CdTe/CdS core/shell QDs could be readily tuned from green to red by varying S2-concentration to control the growth of the CdS shell onto the CdTe nanocrystals with residual Cd ions.The CdTe/CdS core/shell QDs were characterized by XRD,TEM,HRTEM,fluorescence spectroscopy and UV-Vis spectrometry.
