摘要
2010年11月,全美教师教育认证委员会发布了题为《通过临床实践转变教师教育培养模式:国家优秀教师培养策略》的报告,进一步强调"临床实践型"教师的培养。密歇根州立大学作为这一领域表现卓著的领军者,在课程与教学专业教育硕士的招收对象、入学要求、培养目标以及课程设置等方面的内容具有一定的代表性,分析其培养方案,总结其经验教训对我国的教育硕士培养不无裨益。
National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education released Transforming Teacher Education through Clinical Practice: A National Strategy to Prepare Effective Teachers report in November 2010,further emphasizes "clinical practice type" teachers' cultivadon. As a leader in the fidd for remarkable performance, the education master training program majoring on curriculum and instruction in Michigan State University is typical on such aspects as recruitment target,entrance requirements,training objectives and curriculum setting. The analysis on its cultivation program and the sunmary on its experience and lessons can provide some reference for education master cultivation in China.
