摘要
目的探讨改良Giemsa法和硼酸美蓝法在检测胃幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染中的应用价值。方法收集80例慢性浅表性胃炎及胃溃疡患者,分别采用改良Giemsa法和硼酸美蓝法检测胃粘膜Hp,以Hp菌培养和C13呼气试验联合检测结果为Hp感染标准,比较两种检测方法对Hp检测的应用价值。结果以Hp菌培养和C13呼气试验联合检测结果为对照,改良Giemsa法检测Hp感染的特异性为100%,敏感性为96.2%(50/52),诊断符合率为97.5%(78/80);硼酸美蓝法检测Hp感染的特异性为100%,敏感性为88.5%(46/52),诊断符合率为92.5%(74/80)。两种方法检测Hp感染的特异性、敏感性及诊断符合率均较高,特异性和诊断符合率比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05),但改良Giemsa法的检测敏感性明显高于硼酸美蓝法(P<0.05)。结论改良Giemsa染色法和硼酸美蓝法具有较高的Hp感染检测特异性和诊断符合率,均为比较理想的常规Hp检测染色法。
Objective To investigate and compare modified Giemsa(M-G) staining and boracic acid methylene blue(BAMB) staining on Helicobacter pylori detection.Methods We enrolled 80 patients diagnosing as chronic superficial gastritis and gastric ulcer,then we used Modified Giemsa(M-G) staining and boracic acid methylene blue(BAMB) staining to evaluate HP infection of gastric mucosa and compared the positive detection rate of the above two methods.Results The sensitivity,specificity,and concordance rate of M-G was 100%,96.2%(50/52) and 97.5%(78/80).Those of BAMB was 100%,88.5%(46/52) and 92.5%(74/80).The specificity of HP with M-G was significantly higher than that with BAMB(P0.05).There were not significantly difference in the sensitivity and concordance rate of M-G and BAMB(P0.05).Conclusion M-G and BAMB are all the most sensitivity and differential method.But the specificity of HP with M-G is better than that with BAMB.
